Meditation

Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

Jemma receive her mediation teacher training certification back in 2018 after attending a course on using mediation to connect with horses. Jemma believes in grounding the horses, finding its calm place is the route of any good horsemanship.


When we are calm, we have clarity of our mind and bodies, so why would we not focus on this as being the first goal when training horses. Jemma has successfully used her training to help not only horses but their owners find their calm, connecting their minds, bodies, and center of balance, which it the key to any training.
